Hyperborea is currently starting up again after a long period of anarchy and interregnum, and, as such, we do not have as many citizens as we would like. If you are interested in becoming a citizen, we would love to have you! You will first need to join the Imperial Republic of Shireroth by applying in their Ministry of Immigration (free EZBoard account required). For your preferred area of residence, enter "Hyperborea", and inform the Barony of your decision. If are not interested in joining Shireroth, which would be pretty silly of you as it's a very pleasant country, you can choose to become a permanent resident here by emailing me.
